Meet Bora

I’m Bora Behets, your pregnancy and beyond fitness trainer. My passion is to help women commit to themselves by taking control of their health and make fitness fit around their lifestyle. My mission is to help support you to become more intentional about changing habits, achieving goals and becoming the best version of yourself. My programs will help you move with confidence whether you’re a beginner or more advanced.

My mission is clear: Empower women at every stage of womanhood practical training programs, tools and education that allow them to show up anytime, anywhere. Join me on the journey to move, feel and look better.

Exclusive workouts & programs

Get started with Bora’s training system and method. Bora currently has 3 exclusive programs with ON PURPOSE, a strength and conditioning signature program focusing on burning fat and building muscle. BREATHE program will support and empower you during all three stages of trimester, moving you through the best pregnancy possible. AWAKEN is a core rehabilitation program that focuses on core strength, pelvic floor function and glute activation. The programs range from 8 to 12 weeks, the workout duration is 26-minute long with easy set up to do at home or in the gym. Start moving, unlock your true potential!
