Description
The Aim program is a strength and conditioning program that will challenge you to continuously make progress. Train major muscle groups, build a strong body, recruit a lot of endorphins and ultimately feel grand. Aim is a practical, structured and effective program with a formula that allows you to mix and match movements to create your own combination of variable workouts using a menu of movements for the series. Each movement has a demonstration video link to ensure that you are performing correctly and with good form. Achieve your goal whether it’s to burn fat, become stronger or move better.

What to expect
You will be training a minimum of three workouts per week over eight weeks, alternating between upper body, lower body and full body. Each main workout will be 26 minutes long (this does not include warm up and cool down stretch). You will be given warm up and cool stretch routine to follow.

The workout is presented to you with a thoroughly put together movement menu along with a demonstration video link for you to watch before you start. The movement menu is colour coded so that you can easily put together your own variables of focused but yet dynamic workouts.

Each movement for your workouts, targets specific muscle group such as:

  • Shoulders, chest & back
  • Biceps & triceps
  • Hamstrings & Quads
  • Glutes
  • Core

Make sure to make a note of the weights you used and how you felt overall during the session and any other information that can help you when re-visiting.

Lifting weight is going to challenge and put you in difficult situations but this struggle is also what’s going to help you grown physically and mentally, grain experience and become an even better version of you.

Who is it for?
This program is for anyone that wants to burn fat and build muscle in the most practical and structured approach to guide them. You are encouraged to be committed, have a realistic goat, hold yourself accountable and move at a pace that’s best for you.

This program is perfect for training at home but also works great at the gym.
