Aim

26 minute workouts for a duration of 8 weeks

This strength and conditioning program will challenge you to continuously make progress. Train major muscle groups, build a strong body, recruit a lot of endorphins and ultimately feel grand. Aim is a practical, structured and effective program with a formula that allows you to mix and match movements to create your own combination of variable workouts using a menu of movements for the series. Each movement has a demonstration video link to ensure that you are performing correctly and with good form. Achieve your goal whether it’s to burn fat, become stronger or move better.

Move Pregnancy

10 – 20 minute workouts for a duration of 9 months

This program is based off of all of Bora’s pregnancies. She created all of her fit pregnancy plans out of her own frustration with confusing information about what is safe and effective exercises to do during pregnancy. Each movement has been well researched and thought-out to ensure that there is no additional pressure on the abdominal walls and prevention of a diastasis recti. It’s the simplest, convenient and personalisable way to maintain strength and prepare the body for the journey ahead with safety and structure throughout your entire pregnancy.  It’s going to be a bumpy ride so, just take it one day at a time. Move postpartum

26 minute workouts for a duration of 12 weeks

Be guided in the most inviting and patient space to find yourself again.  Move postpartum will take you through the process of core rehabilitation with the aim to help you repair, discover and grow mentally and physical beyond postpartum. This training plan has been created for mums in the most pragmatic way so that you have options and flexibility. You will be able to make choices on the day based on the length of time that you have available to train, the movements you want to challenge yourself with, number of days you can train and intensity. It is packed with so many information, tips, guidance taken from Bora’s own learning experience.
